Additional Details

  • Day = 24 hour period that starts with the agreed delivery time.

  • Unless otherwise agreed upon, weekend dates start 5 p.m. Friday and end 12 p.m. on Monday.

  • At booking, we will do our best to guarantee your mat, tile and rack combo, and will let you know when we confirm your date if your first or second choice is not available.

  • If your preferred date or rental selections are unavailable, we’ll work with you to find an alternative. If the alternatives don’t meet your needs, we’ll issue a full refund.

  • Rental choices will be confirmed no less than 72 hours before the confirmed delivery date and time.

  • Full payment required at the time of booking. Upon confirmation of your date and selection, a $50 security hold will be applied. Deposit will be refunded upon return of items in complete and undamaged condition.
